Our goal at True Pet Food is to ensure that you and your pet are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, we are here to help.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the address specified by our customer service team.
Shipping To return the item you purchased, please mail it to the address provided by our customer support team.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
